We invite you to an exceptional tasting evening, Chef Experience, created in collaboration with Au Café × Bidfood Slovakia.
On January 27, 2025, at 7:00 PM, three outstanding chefs will come together at Au Café in Bratislava to prepare an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Presenting their culinary artistry will be Peter Duranský, the first Slovak chef awarded a Michelin star, Patrik Pokrývka, winner of the prestigious Bocuse d’Or competition, and Mário Žužič, head chef of Au Café.

You can look forward to an exclusive tasting menu full of creativity, top-level technique, and premium ingredients. An evening where passion for gastronomy meets the unique personalities of Slovak cuisine.
